Bruce studied architecture at the University of Nebraska. Designing special needs communities has been a focus of his work for the past decade. He is active in the Academy of Architecture for Health and the Philadelphia Medical Resource Group. Notable projects include Handi-Crafters, Whitsun Hall at Camphill Soltane, Fern Hill Medical Building, Devereux Kanner master plan and residences,
and New Life girls residences and classrooms. Bruce has a diverse portfolio of award-winning work in custom homes, technical buildings, commercial, educational and multiple family buildings.
He is registered in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New York and has been involved with the National Council of Architecture Registration Board.
