Kevin studied architecture at Syracuse University. Designing livable communities has been a focus of his work for the past decade. He served on then Governor-elect Jack Markell’s transition team on housing. Notable projects include the award-winning communities of Calvert Heights, set in historic Chestertown, Maryland, Speakman Place, an urban brownfield redevelopment in Wilmington, Delaware, and the Villages of Rocky Run, an active senior living community in Wilmington, Delaware. Kevin has particular interest in sustainability in our built environment, and hosted a regional conference on sustainability in partnership with the University of Delaware during his tenure as president of the Delaware chapter of the American Institute of Architects.
